  3. post a pic. how the hell it blow off , must not have had rivets in them bc those rivets are hard af to remove I cant imagine it coming off. The cpis are more round shaped and the shearers come to more of a slight point on the end caps.

  6. Keep at it, you will get it situated. me personally I wouldn't spend the 500 bucks to go through all that. But that's just me. that's just too much hassle for something you will eventually solve
  7. carb sync def aint that culprit here lol that thing wont rev for shit, jmo. I have no other tips for you but ill be spying on here to see what it might be. Im sure sleeper will chime in at some point with some og knowledge
  8. If it were me I would have kept that fat jetting and leaned the needle all the way out to see if it would rev. Sounds like you have swapped every electrical thing for a working one off the parts bike right? That compression still aint right tho you should be around 160, I would get a better tester and retry then call kevin cause your comp is low. pistons facing the right way right? arrows towards xhaust ports
  9. sweet if u could, Im gunna go to harbor freight Friday and pick that up, can you PM how to use that thing, I forgot my helmet at home today so my brain is not working right
  10. 120 psi is stock compression. ill tell you what it is NOT. its not from you not having a ground from your engine to frame or paint on your frame with your ground unless its thick af id look into that compression. even once broken in doubt it would raise more than 10 psi. u sound pretty mechanically inclined im assuming u are doing the test properly with a decent gauge. Claude was having some funky issues too with his running av gas till he closed his plug gap to 18 or 20 I think
  11. Hey how did this work out for u? I need to do the same on my new cases

  19. there will be little divet in the bolt where the shift arm spring rides, pull the basket and shift shaft you will see it, bend the tab back on the lock washer and crack the lock nut to remove. they are un expensive to replace. if it were me id just get a new one and replace it any ways and re adjust it. I know what your saying, its nbd it still drives, but youd like to be able to put your bike in neutral and make srue your getting proper gear engagement with all the other gears too
