300 M should be about right for that prolly on the rich side if your 70 degrees out and a little above sea level, U could prolly drop a size but I would have that be the last thing you do right now cause the main jet would have nothing to do with your starting issues. Put fresh plugs in, swap the pilot to a 25 turn your air screw 1 turn out and see if it starts better. If it does and it still feels like its too rich, lean the needle out a clip. I ended up in the middle I think.

that compression is good for stock with no head mod. 5 psi after 6 mins is a pass for peace of mind you could just pull the cylinder up from where its leaking at (with keeping the piston in the bore still) pull the gasket up a bit, clean surface, put a little rtv down on both sides, torque it back down and let it sit bet the leak will be gone the next day. Sounds small. Doubt that leak will do anything

I ran a 25 pilot on a stock motor with t5s and pods this past summer and fall and it fired first kick np. Once it started getting colder in the fall it started a tad bit harder, id change the pilot out with a 25 since u have it and see what it does, couldn't imagine it would need a 30 with those mods. Did you try turning your air screw in as well to see if that helped? What needle do you have? Toomey is best for stock carbs. Make sure all electrical stuff is within spec too first. I see cool head too. Did u up compression from stock compression or are u still at 120?

Does your gf ride? or would this be her first? prolly dropping the compression and timing down to run pump fuel would tame it down a bit for her if she has never ridden before. 70hp bike is a lot for someone who has never rode before, depends on where your riding too. My little cousin is a really good rider in my opinion (for a 15 yr old who rides smaller 4 strokes) I put him on my 4 mil banshee and he crashed it into a tree on a wide open fire road this past summer. this has nothing to do with your post just thought id re live that night mare for lolz

just my opinion, but its winter, why even go through all that right now when you cant even ride. Will take you almost no time to break in your motor come riding season. Your just gunna have to rejet come spring/ summer, especially summer. 62 pilot is huge, doubt youill need anything bigger than a 52 once its hot out, and even that will be rich probably

it does stay on well no problem I will say that, just getting it on and off is a pita, comparatively, maybe Im just technically challenged lol. I just use locktite on the allen screws on the lonestar nut and crank the nut down good anyways good luck with your search

I have a vitos axle and it works good. I use the lonestar lock nut on it. I didn't like the tusk bc I hate that friggin lock nut and ring you gotta use on it!!! but I did like the spacers u can use on it. Vitos is good for what u get
