  1. yeah when i had my 35s i just bought an assortments of everything 40-58 pilots and 135-160 main jets that way its all covered. Good luck post some pics of the new motor too
  2. u talking about those ones on fb for 275 with filters? if so good deal they look clean. also im curious to see who will be the first to comment on the t5s most run a jjh needle i think in the 28s... 45 48 50 pilots and some 145 148 150 152 155 main jets. I could be way off bc ive never tuned 28s before only 35s and stockers. But its prolly gunna be around there some where. Start fat on the main and work it down.

  5. If I were you, id just ride the hell out of it until it starts to get boring or until you really get use to the power, then starting dropping coin on it. Lots of options out there as far as modifications

  7. imo a boost bottle isn't gunna cause boots to crack, its old worn out boots that crack. The boost bottle is completely useless and just takes up a ton of room in that area. Bettter to just get id of it all

  13. im way out of your league and bc they are cheaper and work just as good as billet. But if you want billet go a head there is no performance difference was just giving you my opinion and claude no they don't, at least not in my experience. Ive had to rtv upps before.
  14. Just do this.. Get UPP intakes with a cross over tube for 26mm carbs (stock) or just get the UPP intakes that have NO cross over tube. They aren't billet, but they are nice

  18. Id say the only ideas that you need are how much you are willing to spend without it hurting your feelers. Driveline is local to you (lapeer to ortonville) so obviously you can just take all the stuff to lane and he can fix it up for you. If your saying that you wont ride it much and its just gunna sit me personally, I would go the cheaper route. Sounds like either way your gunna have to split the cases and have the crank touched up, bored cylinders and pistons and domes. bore- $100 Pistons- $180 Domes- $55 crank rebuild and weld- 150 is a guess? Your close to 500 there or spend 800 for the 392 and the cost to have lane nurse your crank back to health so 500ish or 800+ ish (assuming the guts of the engine are all good to go)
  19. 30 pilot and a 300 would be a good starting point and should be pretty close. once it gets hotter u could prolly go 27.5 on pilot
