    take a small cutting wheel and cut a nice cut in it and bang it loose with an impact driver and dead blow. I took apart a motor that sat for 20 plus years and i had to do that on almost every screw on the side covers. it will work

    what spec was it torqued down to? and you said the tab was folded up? it should be folded down on the nut at 60lb of torque. are your threads on your tranny shaft bad?

    sweet! didn't know this. Im itching to get this thing finished. All I have to do is pick up my top end from Driveline. Im getting married in June and I had a few un expected wedding things pop up so I gotta handle that first before I drop more coin on the motor. Looks like May It will be done now instead of april

    id be more concerned with the 200 main jet. Most stock piped bikes will take a 25 pilot as long as your not riding in the winter or late fall

    I have read the exact same thing ^ Just use some good pistons with it as well. ive also read that those namura's aren't that bad either and that its mostly here say id never run them based on the fact that most people here do not run them.

    Can you do pipes like that too? I was gunna ceramic coat my shearers but mat told me that its poop if you do bc they wont rev as much

    Cylinders are gunna be bare sandblasted. billet head.. Clutch cover is gloss black too with billet inserts.
