  1. you making zero cents holmes lol it only bolts on one way.. the dip should look like a smiley face not a sad face if thats what you mean lol
  2. I will say this. The only way to really learn this stuff is a HANDS ON APPROACH. Do it your self. I remember in 2016 when i got back in the bashee game after a 6 year hiatus, i was afraid to do anything myself i thought if i farted on the seat it would break. I dont know everything by any means but Ive went from not being able to properly install a new set of pipes to building 3 bikes from the ground up motor and all in the last 2 years thanks to this site and the willingness to do it myself, (as well as some help from my sponsor of choice driveline performance) that just my 2 cents if you wanna save some money and invest in some knowledge bc 100 to sync some carbs makes my eyes rain. pick a sponsor to do the bore and buy your parts and then you do the assembly. just my input
  3. the part that doesnt move gets bolted to the frame the part that pivots gets bolted to the swing arm. Shock mounts in the middle
  4. wrong bike for the application imo (a "built" banshee I mean) lol if i start riding trails again im gunna prolly just buy a blaster to beat on or a cheap 4 poke. Save the banshee for dunes and wide open stuff Ps this is my 2000th post tyler when does my status change to colonel ??
  5. there is a set of 28s FS rn in the sale section good deal too.
  6. yeah rats nets could be in the expansion chambers i had that happen before same problem no revs cant just shake it gotta blow it out with compressed air . Coils are cheap u can find one any where on here
  7. duck master yeah ive pushed my bike back home so many times on my old 421 with 35 pwks. It literally drank gas, I got less than an hour ride time on my bike. I was jetted rich af though i think had I jetted it leaner perhaps it might have helped. But yes you are experiencing nothing unusual.
  8. Kinda useless to get a lock up clutch cover if you don't have a lock up clutch because most likely you wont be doing clutch tuning. Have you decided on what motor your going with? (Your previous thread on where to send your motor) Unless you just want it for the looks. You also have the option to run a slighshot lock up from driveline that you can use with your stock cover with
  9. Hit up 97Screamer hes got stuff
  10. sounds like needle in the middle or 4th with bigger pilots should be the ticket, post some vids!!
  11. pretty sure 68 and up is big bore. dont think 66 is i could be wrong, doesnt matter though i just responded to your other thread call driveline he will cut you a set
  12. who have you called? if you called driveline performance in ortonville mi he will cut you a set and prolly have em shipped to your door by wednesday 2487933535 ask for lane or bill
  13. BUMP FOR SAND SLINGER someone buy this , good friggin deal! cant beat it, he pays shipping
  14. I did that before. Everyone told me to be sure to use a torque wrench when installing my pressure plate. BS. Hand tight with a socket will do. and you wont ever snap bolts off in there. I dont have one btw just wanted to rant bye
  15. Yes. I was very happy with my 421 setup. Only reason I changed mine up is because I ran it too lean and had a boo boo on one side. So I said ok time for a 7 mil. I was gunna change to shearers anyways because I had so much low end and wanted some more rpms.
  16. Swing arm looks sweet. Yeah leave yellow, looks nice
  17. I had a 421 LP setup from Driveline with SLP pipes and stock carbs (ran 35s on it too) and it was a beast for low end power. Roll into 4th gear wheelies all day. Youd need a 4 mil crank and their top end (800 bucks) that would keep you around your 1750 budget with some wiggle room for a clutch upgrade or small shifting mods (not a full tranny job) You can also sell existing stuff like your crank pistons and jugs if you wanna off set the cost of what you actually have to spend.
  18. i think you should have just ran these pipes with your new motor and see how they felt in real life instead of going off dyno numbers.
  19. if u haven't bought yet lemme know I have tons of jets ill see what I have ill send you some free 99
  20. push bike off cliff should fix all issues
  21. JMO but i would never wanna run a set of mystery cylinders. But thats just me. Most ppl you talk to you will tell you its not going to run right being ported for a stock stroke setup. If sleeper06 chimes in hes the OG heed his advice. Driveline performance will help with your dome setup and answer any questions 2487933535 <---- their digits
  22. basically take m 30 to 61 and go west (left) where the beacon and bridge is at. Its 10 mins from there on the right tucked back Industrial drive maybe?
  23. its pretty dang close.. its right in town past the hockey arena and by the auto parts store. the yes the orv trails are good, just kinda tight some of them but I haven't ridden them all
  24. Wow you weren't playing around you got that motor together fast and going. Good stuff sounds like a blast! I agree unless your building a drag bike, keep a stock length swing arm, way more fun. Less traction issues. I cant wait to finish my 7 mil I had a similar issue last year with my 35 pwks on my 421. I dropped the pilot size quite a bit and it helped with the starting issue, except mine would start no problem as long as I was on the gas a bit then it would die.
