  3. -Im not sure about the weld job someone else might have to chime in idk how to determine if its good or not. -He wont (shouldnt) know the xact psi in each cylinder unelss he puts it in the bike and does a compression test (assuming the roller is in his possession) -A leak down is a pressure test, it just tests for air leaks. Its important that this is done. A compression and pressure test are different. -22 domes should be good, just do a compression test and make sure your not over 150 psi for pump gas. -Make sure you post the jetting specs in here before you start this thing up. Pilot, Needle position, Main jet sizes
  4. If your cylinders arent ported out too much you will like em. they hit really hard and rev good. if they are ported out a lot the bottom end will suck just know that. if so, that mixed with 35mm carbs and shearers it will likely be a turd on the low end

  8. This is what you need to do and this is my own opinion. Rip all the electrical off the bike. Guts the lights and tail lights lights everything!!!! Buy a kill switch tether re locate the CDI behind the gas tank Buy a cut harness from Kompulsive Concepts no more mess or confusion. who rides a banshee at night any ways

  12. I have experienced this before. timing plate, domes and pipes and you will notice a big difference. You could run race fuel with more compression and timing since your crank is welded now

  14. yeah for pump gas 23 should be good, but a word of advice have someone that does banshee work only cut your domes.

  18. maybe it did maybe it didn't.. ive seen sleeper say in some posts that hes taken apart piped bikes with stock jets and they have been running fine but obviously you would never wanna run it like that purposely. yeah those jets are fine. Toomey and Vitos needle are good for stock carbs. toybreaker has given you good starting points you might be able to get away with stock pilot too depending on temps you will know if its too rich down low though
