  1. yes lots of ppl run the plastic impellar but the stock gear can be upgraded. mull sells good stuff and chariot. list of places i buy from -driveline, fast, macdaddy,
  2. would these work on a j arm with +2+1 arms?
  3. thats a good idea, buying it piece by piece might be better lol I like it that way thats what I did this past year it was easier than the year before where i dropped 2k at once i was like wtf after wards not to mention i did it on credit which is another wtf
  4. then do it! you can always save the crank or sell it
  5. -2 i think? not that stock would prolly have made a difference but 110 hp on a -2 on terrain that hooks would not be my choice lol at least stock length
  6. stock crank will definitely hold up if you wanted to do the 392. Just make sure you get it welded and make sure bearings are good and everything is in spec.
  7. sleeper06 hes legit purchase with no problems hes selling the 4mil cranks and no of course its not necessary, but when you making double HP almost a billet basket over cast will protect clutch/basket life. and yes pancake bearing as well is good. and 21 cc domes on those cylinders will not put you in pump gas range you will need 23 cc domes, just order all that from driveline if thats the route your going, they will get you the head, domes and top end etc
  8. I ran that setup with stock carbs and SLP pipes on pump gas AND with 35 pwks on race fuel. If this is your play bike I would run those stock carbs and pump gas as it will save you a lot of money on fuel and you will have great MPG. Your low end power will be great. If you are riding in the sand, like the dunes, some shifting Mods like a cut shift star will help, id say make sure all your shifting mechanisms are in spec (eccentric screw, shift arm with all its counterparts.) The sand will put a lot more load on the motor and possibly make it harder to shift. I did a pro mod and it helps a lot with that, but if your not sand riding id say just get the shift star. A billet clutch basket is a good investment as well, driveline sells those as well. While your in there make sure all water pump mechs are good too (bearing, seal) that should come with your bottom end gasket kit, billet impellar isnt really needed but a billet water pump gear is a good idea. so to recap -billet basket -shift star mod -all shifting mechanisms parts are in good shape -billet water pump gear
  9. then forget it im not even going to run filters
  10. that was my first thought but doesnt oil (benol and stuff like that) only separate in cold temps?
  11. k ill call you next week when im back in town
  12. Shearers but when i had my center mount stinger and silencers there was no problem, but I have cascade csfx silencers and stingers now the left one mounts weird because my subframe is jacked i think so i touches slightly. maybe its not the subframe idk but these filters should fix that. plus i have 5 inch filters on my 7 mil im thinking these might breathe a little more idk
  13. I just ordered some. Mine arent angled and the ends of the filters hit the stingers
  14. is that usually how it works with all setups? if the porting is matched good with the pipes, it will require a smaller main? why is this
  15. yes you will have to up your pilot. Prolly a 30 or so but dont get all frazzled about that just wait till you get it back together then address the jetting.
  16. says the guy who didnt toqrue his primary drive nut on after dumping 10k in his banshee hehehe but yeah apparently when i put my 7 mil together this year I put my fly wheel on and the key fell out and the fly wheel managed to stay in somewhat place, but up until last week there was no key
  17. its super easy. like said above just label everything in bags and keep organized.
  18. hahaha like creatine! no need to load that crap just take a steady 5gs a day
  19. a cool head with a plate wont put you out front. sounds like you got some tuning issues any ways. Pro circuits are great pipes, not ideal for long drag racing though. what county do you live in??
  20. i need one for my stator, that is good and in working condition. paypal ready!!!!
  21. yes you will pick up some HP from the switch, prolly a couple ponies. The stock size is 26mm and PWK 28s are.. well, 28mm.
