  1. sleeper knows his stuff i wouldnt second guess anything then, if it takes 30 kicks you prolly got other problems then like low compression or could be as simple as cleaning your carbs out especially the pilot cavity prolly not compression issue since you said it starts first kick sometimes.
  2. i put oil in the cylinder per cylmers and kick it over several times once a week.
  3. I think the twist throttle kits you adjust idle by the throttle not idle screws, thats how my cousins blaster is gosh i hate those twist throttles. i could be wrong, tors delete kit would be first mod if i had stockers. anyways, yes a 27.5 pilot should be good for that temp. make sure its a genuine mikuni jet, you can post a pic in here we can tell you. shouldnt be too hard to tune 27.5 pilot 300-310 main should be good for your mods and 30-50 degree temp
  4. I know what will fix all your issues. first find a busy intersection to start your quad by, preferably pointing at traffic put a zip tie around the throttle so its wide open start it then slam on the shifter with your foot and walk away in the other direction
  5. I would verify that you have the right mikuni jets, my cousin bought a blaster than ran like a complete pile and when i took the carb apart it had some off brand wtf jet in it, genuine jets fixed it. what pilot size do you have? the main has nothing to do with the starting issues
  6. try to exasperate the flux tube, more gain there
  7. Your going to want 22 23 cc domes mcdermott racing will take care of you pretty sure they have to make the domes for that style head since its trinity
  8. 1. turn off your peacock 2. take apart your carbs and make sure the float is adjusted to the proper height 3. also see what jets are in your carbs because it shouldnt take 30 kicks to start and you should have to leave your peacock on all the dang time. is it a stock bike or do you have pipes and stuff like that? name some mods if any.
  9. i guess ive never really thought of this because ive never had an assembled motor during the winter, but from basically november- march its freaking cold here in MI and it will be sitting in the un heated garage, the inside of the motor can rust??
  10. I was joking about that hes not parting his out (yet) but i know its been sitting a while lol
  11. I thought that super tech was better to run in colder weather? Im in michigan

  17. those 2 bolts were a fluke lol I hit them with an impact driver and they were fine after that.
