  1. Finnaly found what was wrong with the shee, turns out the cylinders were bored 30 over by the previous owner who told me they were stock, so i had put stock pistons in, now im redoing the top end with the right pistons and a good cylinder honing Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  4. Nevermind i found how to pressure test it, i did not measure the cylinders but they did not look like an egg shape the ring gap was correct, i just need to know were to start now Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I got it from harbor freight, when i got the tester i tested compression and it was 100-105, so i figured it needed a rebuild so took engine out rebuilt it then started the quad up was running and idling great then broke it in had no problems, then it was more smoke coming out of one exhaust then another then i road it and had it idling and it died and will not start again, it has spark and gas, so the only problem is compression, tested that and its 60-65 in both cylinders, now today later im going to take the top end off and see whats going on

  9. I did replace all gaskets, im going to take it all apart today and ill let you guys no what i find
  10. I didnt bore it or anything just took old piston and rings out and put new ones in and replaced all gaskets
  11. Has oil and coolant, i know i put the head gasket on right, the quad was just idling and it seemed like one cylinder was going on and off then idled high and turned off
