Yeah I have to take it all apart, my mom is a pretty good semstris so she is gonna help me. It's over 350$ from cascade to get a new one made up. I called and asked, he said he doesn't have the patience to do them anymore, very hard.
Those things are fast little shits! A family friend used to road race and his pit bike was a ysr50 replicated to look like his actual track bikes. It was awesome! Toomey had a nice exhaust system for them. Also, good luck trying to find nos fairings for that thing, i will be impressed if you can find a set. Best bet is to check every dealers back shelf you roll bye.
got this super ILL Cascade seat in the mail today from HP2000, thanks brotha. I'm pretty excited, gonna try a seat restoration, I already spent an hour getting all the dirt outta the white. Gonna be swapping the red stripe that's ripped with a purple one that matches my bodywork. I love this checkerboard!

To do a frame is a lot of work, the problem is when you submerge it all the solution goes thru out the inside of it. It's hard to get it all out after every step. It's a lot of work and very hard polishing, submerging, rinsing etc.
yes, I'm blessed for this hookup. That's how I do everything, couldn't afford any of this if I had to pay full price. I'm pretty much doing everything except the cases, frame and plastics
I had got this cascade seat cover included with a bunch of other cascade vinyl pieces a few monthes back. I had it hangin on my wall, picked it up today to look at it and I noticed somebody spray painted it black. they did a pretty good job. Spent a little while stripping it with some carb cleaner, looks pretty bitchin now! Gonna put it on my spare seat tomorrow

Get everything situated, get that leg, run a marathon on it then build your banshee up and ride that bitch. Best of luck to you in surgery, sorry to hear this has happened to you. Keep your head up, don't let this stop you from doing anything!
Called them and emailed them, asked them to search drawers and shelves for old parts and stickers. Came up empty handed they said. I Told them I would pay the prices that they charge for brand new stuff on the old stuff if they found any.
