  1. It actually runs good for what it is. Its turning giant tires and high gearing and im also not the smallest person ever. Sent from my MB860 using Tapatalk 2
  2. Not exactly what i meant. But you got your point across. When i asked about the power gains, i wasnt asking if going to a 4mil would be better than a stock stroke. I meant is is going to be worth running stock ported cylinders. Id like to run the stock cylinders for a few more years but i definitly dont want to spend money on rebuilding the top end if its not even going to compare to a cub. 3. My cylinders are ported by herr jugs racing. I really want to avoid running the spacer plate if possible. It just seems like a leak waiting to happen. Is going from stock stroke to a 4mil 115 rod crank really going to make a noticable difference? Sent from my MB860 using Tapatalk 2
  4. Im thinking about going 4mil for now and then upgrade cylinders in the future. Can i have my cylinders re-ported for the 4 mill set up? Sent from my MB860 using Tapatalk 2
  5. Im looking to build a dependable motor for in my banshee. But i want to make as much power as i can without pushing it too hard. Currently my motor is: stock stroke welded crank, dune port, t5 pipes, vf2 reeds, +4 timing, 30oko carbs, wiseco pro lites, sitting at 64.50mm bore. Motor has about 80hrs on it from a full rebuild with new seals and all. To say the least, im not blown away with performance. So im looking for advice on where to go from here. Im ready to listen to everyones opinion. I have a pretty decent budget since this is going to be a all winter build. I ride trails, dirt roads, fields etc. I run big tires for ground clearence. (Fronts 23" rears 22") and i run pretty tall gearing for road riding because i wouldnt want to get smoked by a 450. (Gearing 15/41) Chassis: it has a +4 round style swingarm, rear rims fliped out, has recently installed +2+1 strong arm a arms, +2 steering stem with fat bars, works dual rate front shocks, and stock rear shock. It handles dang good. So im ready to handle some power. What do you guys think i need? Sent from my MB860 using Tapatalk 2
  6. It would be more my fualt. He stated in the description that they did not come with bushings because they were bad. He said he didnt know what brand they were either. I figured for 100$ shipped, it would be no problem. Anyhow, im going to attempt to make a set tonight at work on the lathe. I bought a chunk of brass from my company for $5. So itll be a cheap trial run. Sent from my MB860 using Tapatalk 2
  7. Finally after tons and tons of research, i think i might be on to something! I googled strong arm banshee a arms and they look identical! Story about the company "strong arm" is that they were from canada and got bought out by another company which i could not find. Could someone else confirm that they look like strong arms? Also, does this mean i wont be able to get any parts off shelf? Sent from my MB860 using Tapatalk 2
  8. They dont appear to be ishock a arms either. They didnt come with anything but the a arms and the ball joints. They do not fit into stock spindles either. Ive looked for days, ive googled every brand, every different a arm ever made and none are a complete match. Sent from my MB860 using Tapatalk 2
  9. I did talk to the guy. He just bought his banshee a week or so before he listed the a arms. He said he has no idea what brand they are. They are very beefy a arms. Very nice welds, and very thick and durable material. Ive compared to burgard, avenger, full flight, alba, roll design, leagers, and i believe armadillo. Are there any other brands out there? Sent from my MB860 using Tapatalk 2
  10. I bought them off of ebay. Sent from my MB860 using Tapatalk 2
  11. I've been looking for hours and have found nothing that looks like these. But think they do look a little like burgard a arms. This would make sense because they wouldn't fit in the spindles. But where would I get the bigger bushings at? Just make them?
  12. I have had a set of a arms i purchased off line. They didnt come with any bushings or anything. So i purchased a complete set from american star. Today i went to install them into the a arms, and they are too small. I have no way to identify what brand a arms these are. Could someone point me in the right direction on where to get correct bushings or find out the brand of a arms. Sent from my MB860 using Tapatalk 2
  13. Im looking for any of the following: ct racing pipes, cpi small bore, small flange inframes, vitos fat bastards, any kind of inframe drag pipe or top end pipe. Thanks. Sent from my MB860 using Tapatalk 2
  14. Ive also been considering ct racing pipes. Theres a set local for sale that i could get pretty cheap. Sent from my MB860 using Tapatalk 2
  15. Seeing those pipes is what really gave me the motivation to switch to a better pipe. I run full front fenders, would the rockets still fit or will i have to trim the fenders? Sent from my MB860 using Tapatalk 2
