  1. Which exhaust would you guys choose for a trail bike? My bike came with T5's and I didn't like them, switched to PC's and liked them much better. I rode a bike with SLP's and liked them too. I've read good things about DMC but never tried them. I need the power to come on early and good torque but don't want to completely lose all top end like PT's
  2. Ive ran T5's and pro circuits on my trail bike and I like the PC's much better.
  3. Carbs are just too big for my application. I can upload some pics later but everyrhing is clean/nice and the intake has the crossover. Have angled 6" UniPod filters BNIB to fit them too.
  4. I am going to call LS back and tell them I want a new one, not a straightened one and see what they say
  5. Has anyone ever used one that has been re-straightened?
  6. So I bent my axle pretty damn good (don't ask). Lonestar claims they carry a full lifetime warranty but they told me to ship it to them (on my dime of course) and they would straighten it and ship back (again on my dime). Local machine shop wants $50 and I already determined they were both going to use the same method (press, no heat - Lonestar called it cold straightening). That said I would rather deal local BUT will this thing ever be as strong as it was before? Lonestar says yes but i'm skeptical. Wish they'd REPLACE it under warranty.... I can get another one from a buddy BNIB for $300 but rather not fork out the cash, still gotta replace wheel/hub and lonestar billet brake rotor hub (they at least discounted that piece pretty good) and I worry the metal that broke off of the rotor hub is going to end up in the bearings inside my roundhouse carrier so I may end up having to replace that too or at least the bearings inside the carrier Thoughts?
  7. banshee??? haha http://columbus.craigslist.org/snw/5234634064.html
  8. I finally got to test out the Pro Circuits and I freakin love them. So much more bottom end but I can't tell that I have lost any top end, still revs out nice. These are what my bike has been missing all along. Going to work much better for the type of riding that I do
  9. Good guy to do biz with
  10. I didn't realize that it was supposed to do that. I've only ridden a few times with it though. I'll py attention next time and, if it doesn't reset, I'll just unplug it like you said. Thanks
  11. I rode his '87 with the SLP's and it pulled really well. It was also the first ported 4 mil I'd ridden at the time but I liked them I rode his '87 with the SLP's and loved it. It was also the first ported 4 mil I'd ridden at the time but I def liked the torque and bottom end it made. I need all the bottom end I can get for the shit I ride in
  12. I just swapped my T5's for Pro Circuits. Haven't installed them yet but I mostly trail ride and the T5's are hard to keep in the power band. I think Pro Circuits will be a much better fit for me. I'll report back once I try them out
  13. This. I'm running one on my bike but I bought the 19mm, this link is for a 22 mm. Only downside is that you can't reset the "max temp". It shows the current temp and occasionally flashes max temp which is just the hottest your bike has ever gotten up to.
