Could be a cdi. Are you running a oem stator, or a knock off?
Swap parts from a known running banshee if possible.

Cast, forged, cheap, or name brand. Correctly installed is the biggest factor imo.
If they were fitted for the cylinders, and everything was installed right. Run them.

Kind of what I thought. When searching wsm pistons awhile back I saw some cast that resembled namura. Other then that I agree.

Looks like the outside transfer walls on the side of the cylinders have been built up maybe. On a stock stroke crank with barrels raised that much would significantly lower compression, and your port timing would be way off.
