Check your carb's needle and seat and make sure your float is set correctly. The fuel overflowing is effecting the bowl's filling.

Pull your pilots and clean them out. Also use half choke when starting. On my bike full choke is too much fuel and it doesnt start. I use half choke and 1 kick everytime.
