  1. Generally speaking, your good on small bore pipes until 465cc
  2. SLP by a mile. No pipe is going to bring that kind of power and torque at such a low rpm. And gearing
  3. If Alba wants to send you something to make things right why not consider a steering stem? I run xrf pegs and they are a pain when kicking but you get use to it, I also have AC but the heels were cut off to help with kicking. I like the foot pegs on the AC pegs best.
  4. Get new domes for running pump gas. You still have too much compression. Driveline sells domes for a great price, tell them what you have and they’ll set you up.
  5. Reeds and a port job for sure. You’ll be flying.
  6. what do you mean the carb equalizer has been deleted? Is it in a billet crossover intake now? Anyway, those pipes already like bigger pilots, since your at 80 over and have porting i would try a bigger pilot
  7. I thought Sheerider did a write up about it this years ago. The method he used to put them in etc.
  8. How would the plates get like that when there are oiled fibres in between? I also have zero clues, just wondering how you guys came to that conclusion.
  9. You definitely don’t need them for your motor, they are easier to access the jets though.
  10. https://www.amazon.ca/Carburetor-Overflow-Yamaha-Banshee-Stock/dp/B07VF83P51 seenthat hose connecting both carbs? That’s got to be on
  11. I guess if your in wide open places and don’t need to handle or turn it’s fine. if I could do it again I’d go stock or plus 2. It’s like turning a dump truck now.
  12. Parking brake causes it to not run, if it’s deleted and ran good before than don’t worry. did you clean the carbs after it quit running right? Is the hose connecting both carbs on?
  13. Also the tors is deleted and the parking brake is deleted? That can cause trouble. If you have a buddy with a banshee you could try swapping parts like cdi and coil. it does have spark right?
  14. I’m not sure I’ve never had an air leak that bad, I can imagine though if your leaking bad at the intake area there is a potential it wouldn’t start. have you cleaned your carbs? After sitting that long it will be full of crap and could have clogged a needle
  15. Get on YouTube go to SouthTexasBanshee and follow his tutorial on checking your harness, coil and stator with an ohm meter.
  16. Go for it. if you keep just wrap frame oats shock in a bike tube to use against the frame
  17. https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5be4d5b35ffd2095efa9bdff/t/5bf1a09b6d2a7391b5a84730/1542561947962/KeihinCarbJetting-2015.pdf
  18. Well that’s good news about compression. you should make a leak down tester and see if you have an air leak. South Texas Banshee also sells them. no the pilot won’t make a difference with the starting. You should check out how many turns are on your air screws. are you sure it’s not ported? Is the parking brake and tors deleted? check if you have a plugged gas line or tank filter also.
  19. Well you might have potentially burned it down. If you came from an elevation of ex 4000 ft to sea lever your jetting should have been richened. Running those pipes I would expect a 270-280 main and a 27.5 pilot. what you need to do is a compression test, a leak down test, and find out what jets are in it now. Check compression first
