  1. You’ll be building a cub then. 443 or 465 cc. You can go with a 5 mil crank and not have to trench. Your about to spend a boat load of cash so be ready...
  2. Do your friends have cubs or servals? That will dictate what you’ll build
  3. Hahaha ya I’ve been down that road before
  4. No one else on this site riding dunes? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I would think 280-290 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. No quit FB a while ago. I’d you know him ask him for me. I’d appreciate it. ive got a line on some Sedonas which I know are cheap but maybe good? i drink IPA micro brews.
  7. The wife and kids and I are looking to go down the west coast highway in October and I am strongly considering taking the Banshee. I have never been to any sand dunes and don’t know shit about sand tires or gearing. I would like to hit the usual spots in Oregon. I would love to find some used extremes but I mostly see sand stars and geckos (which I know are junk). what’s the optimum tire for a 421 serval and a 250lb rider? What kind of front tire ? Size and gearing?
  8. Those are big main jets for your engine. Sure your not rich?
  9. Curious about your cylinders at 68mm. Where did you buy them? im goi g to say 77 hp
  10. 411 kit? Where did you buy this? i would run 28 pwk
  11. 72mm for sure. Possibly can go bigger but I usually see billet cases on those big engines
  12. That’s a fresh build. Let’s see some pics
  13. Best bet it contact westcoast atv parts his name is builder on here. He carries good used parts. yes I think 340 is not a bad price. Have them throw in jets and a cable if you can.
  14. Keihin PWK are the best carbs for a banshee. Crisper throttle response, changing jets are a breeze also. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. You took more off in this pic. I hope you throw it on a dyno to see what you ended up with.
  16. I’m impressed with your tool selection. Did you buy that as a kit? i would recommend you make a template for your porting. Show your exhaust port. I’d like to see how much you’ve hogged out. You can safely remove more at your transfers and intake also, but I like that your playing it conservative. concentrate on your port angles at the transfers
  17. Why are you changing pipes you just bought? Unless your strictly a trail rider or want big bottom end I just keep them.
  18. re-measure your squish. Also, with the stealth head option from Driveline (sending in your core) its hard not to go that route and have custom domes cut or the ability to change out domes/squish/compression.
  19. Nice job! What was the hardest part of the build? Did you buy an engine mount kit?
