Some one made the hole slightly too large when drilling/tapping for idle screws not saying reg old white teflon tape wont work but supposedly gasoline dissolves it id use the yellow that is for natural gas, hydraulics and other petrol-based applications..

most likely +2 wider +1 forward seems to be the most common extended a arms. Could wrong obviously i believe stock is 13 1/4 so if its +2 then you would need 15 1/4 this is not including tie rod ends cant you just measure the existing one for replacement size? Edit** apparently the tierod i measured was already a +2

No its not normal but as to why its hard to say without more info. If it dies have bigger carbs it could be they are too big for a stock motor. Like I said tho hard to say without more info

Measure inside bore of the carburetor engine side. Could also post a pic of carbs and we could at least tell you if they are stock

Since you already have these questions you can answer some of them yourself with a compression check and by looking at what jets you have and checking the sync on the carbs. Report back with your findings and some one could probably tell you what you need to know then.

Stock filter. And thats a much worse design then the pro flow adapter mentioned above which is much more secure . And as fir clamps. You use the same ones so not sure what he means about the k&n clamps loosening. Clamps are clamps for the most part

ya most likely what will happen spoke with him yesterday while ordering alot of other parts and this was something we talked about but i figured id check here first but most likely i will just order a set. was contemplating a set of rockets that a member has so i took a look at the dyno charts listed for the 10mm serval and i was curious what the rockets would do for a 421 serval with slighly less hp. any one have an opinion on these rockets for a 421 serval as opposed to some shearer's?
