right side cylinder spark plug keep backing out

Spark plug lock is junk (no offense) but you'll only be masking a real problem.. the plug backing out is from the harmonics of detonation.. that could severely damage your engine.. -
Cdi isn't naturally grounded through the bolts.. so welding on the frame wouldn't effect it bolted/unbolted..
