In number 3 the two tabs on the left I believe hold your coil. I think the one on the right is the tors brain? I would wait until someone else confirms...my frame has been sitting in the garage for quite some time. I'm just now getting to piecing it together.

Try moving around the internal adjustment. I've had to jack mine around in the past, the arm might not line up perfectly with the arrow but you can probably get it to work.
