Those are two completely different things, the pro mod has to do with the trans and not so much the clutch. You could potentially use either or both. Regular drive gears will be sufficient. A lock up clutch setup would be ideal.

Do you happen to have a link? Judging by the pics I'm guessing they are too wide to fit into the stock brackets.

It's still better to do it yourself if you're capable. These things are fairly simple, it would save you some money.
