    Idk why they wouldn't, I mean look at them and check them out. If they appear to be ok use them, then do a leak down test to make sure.

    The holes will touch more than likely, not only that but you should make those areas flush as well. It would be easier for you to drill, and the screws will sit flat then too. Don't be scared of screwing the plate up...if you do I will send you another one lol.

    Well he has another one...He said he does the inside of them all the time. Just not sure why though, considering the inside isn't getting any powder. I didn't think it would hurt anything just figured I'd check before he paid him for it.

    Ok so my buddy went to get his clutch cover powder coated, the guy sand blasted the inside by where the impeller goes....why I don't know. Is this going 5 hurt anything? It's blasted the whole way through...

    Just a thought, I could be wrong but, if the clutch side pulled a little, wouldn't it pivot on the middle bearings causing the stator side to rub more? Not disagreeing with you, just trying to understand things.

    The float needle could be bad too, not letting it seal up.
