Smartcarbs claim just as good or better emissions as fi. I see no reason for two strokes to not make a comeback.. But I bet they still won't.[emoji17]

No,, it doesn't necessarily give it more travel. just gives it more leverage, or more use of the shocks stroke from what I've gathered. I paid somewhere around 690 shipped for the arms with black powder a little over a year ago. Straight from fireball 19.25" shocks. And paid 1930 for the stage 3 deal through atv galaxy. With the longtravel link. Just to give an idea.

Not bad. Not great either. I still have a kinda weak spot it the lower R's. asked them for a refund, And got denied before lsok. Lol, so much for 100% garentee money back. The more I fiddle with them, the better they're getting. I really do think that the carbs are simply just too big for my setup. Stock stroke Mx port on 64.5. Overall I'm happy with how they performed,, but not with there customer service.

Yea, I know the whole 2 carb thing. I just figured the way these were designed, that it would work better than a single pwk. Kinda like lectrons... But obviously not the way it is. And yea, I'm starting out with them q11's as well. But I'm only runnin a stock stroke mx port. So we'll see how that works out..

What kind of engine setup you running? Which metering rods? What cable did you end up using?

No,, its just too smart for apt to send the right shit..Lol,, I mean, shit, he made a custom needle the first time.An never told me, then gave me 2 richer rods. but richer rods to what? The q11.,? If that's the case then the "richer" rods could have actually been leaner, and could have caused the issues. Seems like they need to be better organized in what they are doing on an individual basis. I have family in Kansas City ,, so if all else fails, I should be able to drop it off with them to get things straight. Lol

My +2 fit the clutch cable no problem. The throttle cable was a touch too short. It would reach, but it would yank on it with the bars turned, so I rerouted the cable a bit to reach. But that was with a single carb. You're probably fine with the +1.

Guess i was still fummin a little there.lol but, This time Corey got right back with me.. Said the needle from the first carb may have been one he did for more fuel for running a single. And that the q11 is the one I need. So,, he's gonna send me a bowl an metering rod. Hopefully all will be well then. Lol.

Well,, after waiting an waiting for an invoice. Chad called, so i called him back, an finally got Kim to send an invoice. Received the carb today. First thing was the bowl is a different color.. Not a big deal, but still, wtf.. Next I pull the slide out, an sure as shit, the needles are different length's.. The one I had originally has no markings what so ever. An this one I just got says Q11, an is about a 1/4" longer. Wonder what they're next move is. Bout ready to tell them to shove it up they're ass.. Anyway, I bought the single individual intakes that have the M-VM36-200 boots. Pretty sure they're a 70mm spread.. Are there rubber boots that will fit these intakes and stock carbs, so I don't have to buy all new? I can't seem to find any.. Maybe slot the holes on some to make em fit..

No,, originally I was talkin to Steve tutt. An all he said was they've used 36,38, and 40mm on banshees an if I was lookin for more low end to go with the 36mm,, I clearly stated many times that i was goin to be running a single. They foward me to Corey when I started having issues..lol
