Fixed it then had another problem

Also earlier I figured out my problem was the clutch screw in the clutch hub got backed out and loosens ima have to put locktite on that bolt any suggestions so it doesn’t back out anymore. The c clip of the idler gear looks good in there one side jagged the other kinda flat.the plastic bushing looks to be pretty good I’m not sure if I put it in right but I saw a few videos And I put in like they said to in the video, after I put the clutch cover back on with bolts and I was able to kick it over.im hoping I put in correctly. -

The snap ring is in there and the plastic bushing looks good I think I put it in correctly it doesn’t come out now even with force pulling in it. -

I took apart the case the adjustment screw in the case came lose but I have a bigger problem or what I think is a bigger problem I was taking of the clutch cover and the kick start gear came off, what’s the reason for it to come off. -

Yeah that’s why I had a buddie that’s a banshee mechanic to check out and adjust the adjuster inside the case and at the clutch lever to make sure It’s correct -

I tried adjusting it all the back in the handle bar it doesn’t make up for the slack. Also if I pull on the cable it moves back and forth and has play.also the actuator is moved away to the left from the arrow location. And when I pull the lever in with the slack it’s just toward the right of the arrow point . -
I figured out what was wrong with my quad I The warent synced,so the other day I had a buddie that builds banshees and is very knowledgeable in banshee’s. it’s all he builds come over and check out the adjustment in the clutch hub and he even adjusted it and also adjusted the clutch lever at the bars for proper gap and the clutch was engage and the lever had resistance and would snap back to position and so the next day i started it and tried taking it for a ride the next day and I took it around the block and the lever got completely soft and has I feel is slack, the actuator still moves not to difficult to move with my hand if you have any suggestions or what to do let me know.i was thinking my clutch cable went bad and stretched.

88 I just bought, works front shocks, what I think is a motofast thought it was a dynoport but 2 into 1 the silencer looks like the moto fast 2 into 1 ,uni stock replacement filter original plastics in really good shape if I wet sand and polish them with 1500-3000 grit and polish them they would come out brand new.

Tricked I noticed I don’t have a Dyno port I have a motor fast pipe which I been reading up on the forum that happens to be a better 2 into 1 pipe ,would the jetting be more or less the same setup you suggested? -
I have a buddie that’s a fabricator and engineer and is very knowledgeable man he can literally build anything.i asked him to build me extended j arms or d arms for us j arm banshee owners that might want to upgrade extended arms, of the course the kit is gonna come with extended tie rods. He’s gonna make regular extended arms and long travel. He told me he’s gonna make them extremely strong and very capable for Mx and trail riding. He’s gonna use stock my arms to make dimensions and go from there to get extended arms and make a jig to make it easier and exact. I think we were talking about 400-475 for regular extended j arms and 550-600 for long travel arms. If you guys think you would be interested let me know I’ll pass down the info and tell him more people will be interested.

I had to adjust the timing plate before even riding it I noticed it was over the +10 mark in the Vito timing marks, it was set to like +11-+12 it was past the Vito marks.so I put it back done to +4.
