Lol, I had the banshee for longer than I year and I have buddy that builds choppers and he told me, he wouldn't mind giving me a hand but I'm just trying to find info about the swap and if I can get pics and info. But I see all you guys are turning me in another direction....why is that what problems have you guy's runned into. I know I have to find a radiator that fits and make mounts for that, also gotta make motor mounts and make sure my engine is squared and my spockets aligned with the rear sprocket, then cut down pipes or get custom made pipes, custom hoses for the coolant lines and add a electric fan,But before all that, why are you guys really pulling me away from this is it really that complicated??? I know you guys are being honest with me? Aldo I am pretty decent hands on I work on jeep and hondas plenty off motor swaps on those and my old datsun 280zx and Atv's. I just haven't done a custom swap in a quad. meaning a motor that didn't come in that chassis from factory.

I was just making sure I didn't have to modifie the rear swingarm in any way for space or anything. What makes it so hard?the motor doesn't line up with rear sprocket?

Oh locogato no I'm not trying to half build it I want it done right that why I'm asking for information?

Bump any advice from people that done the swap, can I get some advice on where the mounting location is I know the motor need to be ass far back ass possible?oh yeah I have a friend that builds custom choppers so I'm guessing he can help me square that motor in. Any info that is important when building a hybrid? Do I gotta do anything to the banshee swing arm or rear shock to fit the motor?

Yeah guys I found a nice shee and sold it, I decided to do a hybrid. I wanna do a hybrid nothing crazy like aftermarket suspension and extended a arms and ect, I just want it stock. Come on guys please help me out. What do I need to know about a hybrid swap and why does it cost so much?if I get my buddy that is a metal fabricator and I know he can make mounts and weld them in. And locogato how hard was it to stick the motor in the 450r any cutting or is it possible to do of without cutting?Any pics of either swap and what about the rear swingarm/rear end on the yfz or 450r any modifications needed to put a shee motor in the chassis?

what chassis is it easier to put a banshee motor in.the yfz swap doesn't look to hard bur i dont wanna cut the frame on the yfz, but just make mounts to put motor in place, pipes need to be cut or made, smaller radiator maybe from a raptor 700 or some skinny radiator, and fan. But besides that what am I missing from the swap to put in in a yfz. I also heard that a 450r frame is easier but can't find any info on that can anybody help me and give me info on the 450r swap. I would ask about the yfz swap but they have been done so i can find info about it here.

lol that's what we do down here I like to see the 4 strokes riders faces when I would go through water or tight trails and beat them.

Like the 6000 doollor guy there's millions like that in Miami, I guess they never heard as soon as it gets outa the dealer the price drops past half of what is worth and omg how about it's rare it's a special edition or limited edition.there not rare there are I think 1.8 millon shees produced i think but anyways it's just a banshee people if im gonna pay 6000 you should get one shipped to you brand new and spend a lil more money and look at the bright side it's brand new.

zilla in my case I wanna jus do used a arms or if i go new ill prob go wheelmen chassis arms I heard he gives killer deals of Mabey wicked arms and for shocks I'll go with a stock rear shock and for the front yfz shocks or ltr shock till I get more money unless I find some used works for cheap but,but you don't think with 1500 bucks I wont beable to get the rest if the stuff??

Dude I never get a accurate answer some say yes it's to build it and some say no its not but I'm just trying to get 100% awnser if 4500 enough to build a 4 mil from the frame up.

Yeah thanks man cus the guy with the orange bike says that a 03 banshee yellow and black with the yellow flames he said it super rare one of the rareiest banshee and that's why he wants such a high price....you see the stupid thing people say in Miami to sell there quads,dude in Miami people would say anything to rip people off lol you can only imagine the shot people tell me

But that orange bike is killer but dam no aftermarket shocks on that sick orange banshee all it's missing is shocks and a shorter swingarm and I'll be more than happy
