On rejetting after new pipes and filter, 1 carb had a plastic gaurd around the main the other didn't . Can i get rid of it or should I order another seemed to run fine all last season without

Also want to add 1 of the carbs has a plastic piece on the main jet and the other doesn't is this normal or is it missing something?

So just got my first banshee, and needless to say I'm not a rookie at 2 strokes but this thing has me frustrated. Got new fmf fatty pipes, power ore 2 silencers, and a new k&n factory air box filter. Jetted it 2 over stock to 220, then to 250, and pilot to 27 to 30 and it sounds good and revs then when trying to drive it bogs taking off, then backfires at midrange, any suggestions would be great this motor is like quantum physics compared to my rm250
