  1. Make sure the slides are in the right way/correct carb. (cutaway on the bottom facing the airbox. or be able to see the sync dots in the windows.) Did you install the idle screws and are they in far enough to raise the slides, again look in the intake side, not running of course.
  2. Still have this truck, haven't driven it since '96, sold the blown jet boat (had a family)
  3. my set-up before the 5th wheel toy hauler, pay no never mind to the ice storm damage on my truck

  6. Hard to believe the Ebay seller "don't know much about this" since he's already sold 6 just like it. link to completed auctions - http://www.ebay.com/csc/i.html?_from=R40&_sacat=0&_nkw=%2B4%22+Powdercoat+silver+BANSHEE+Swingarm+Yamaha+Swing+arm&LH_Complete=1&rt=nc

  8. ↑↑↑ and drain tank, clean the petcock screen, add fresh fuel.
  9. They don't go "all the way on" so your suspension has room to articulate, Don't ride anywhere without the boots. And I believe Zilla adds a certain "panache" to the site.

  11. And the new record to blow through BHQ with 25 useless posts to get to use the shoutbox , goes to...BangsHeelOver !
  12. Or, anyone use to new non-oem ones on Ebay? Or from anywhere else for that matter.
  13. It's the caliper plate binding up and not sliding while you're trying to twist the carrier, grab the caliper with one hand and rock it while twisting to adjust. Or a little grease on that slide/locater on the swingarm. Coupelx mentioned tightening in the direction the chain spins, seemed to work for me, to not come loose while riding.
  14. Nothing better than having one that you can flip through with your own greasy fingers, and makes for a very informative read while on the shitter.
  15. But, looks like a sturdy place to mount the front differential and snow plow...
  16. Might also check that when the TORS was deleted none of its wires were twisted together, I've heard of that being done, no idea why. Also check that the thumb switch does not have continuity when on "run", I've had those stick from sitting.
  17. Yes, roundhouse. Any aftermarket "banshee roundhouse" carrier should work. That's the peice that denotes axle size. 35mm is stock. If you do get this, check that your swingarm bolt fits early on the swap, to be sure that it is in fact for a Banshee.
  18. It's built just like mine, from JL Engineering
