  1. does it still have the parking brake crap on it? That will not let it rev.
  2. you can use an impact, shouldn't need too. make sure the flywheel puller is screwed as far as it can be into the flywheel. only use the proper puller. The swingarm is only torqued to like 68 ft lbs if i remember right, that i use an impact anyway. It should have a shim (washer) behind each bearing seal end cap, look to be sure. Swingarm should be snug sliding into the frame.

  4. I've always used 0000 wet with a little Dawn dish detergent first. Rinse and dry off then polish with a soft cloth. Only thing I've ever found to remove blueing is Blueaway.
  5. A buddy of mine had the same problem with a universal lever/perch. Try adjusting the arrow on the case a 1/4" to the stator side at the pressure plate first.
  6. I'd say clean the carbs - especially check the pilot jets and choke circuit, and maybe got something in the needle and seat.
  7. Good to hear that you got it handled, and welcome to BHQ !
  8. Throttle cable housing pulled out of the top adjuster? from messing with the wiring under the tank. Make sure throttle cable is routed freely.
  9. How's it going? I read someone else on here thought they might have torn the o-ring putting in the seat, never heard back on if that was it though. I've never had a problem with those Moose kits, not saying they are all good.
  10. shows here "**caliper holder included" maybe you didn't get everything you were supposed to. http://www.magnumdistributing.com/catalogs/2013%20Magnum%20Catalog%20PDF/2%20-%202013%20-%20ATV/29%20-%20ATV%20Carriers.pdf
  11. if fuel is coming out the overflow, either your needle and seat isn't sealing or your float is not set properly,or not put together right.
  12. little rubber choke hose in the right spot between carbs?
  13. Look in the air filter side and make sure the new idle screws actually lift the slides when you screw them in. (not running of course)
  14. http://www.csgnetwork.com/oilfuelcalc.html metric at the bottom
  15. The bowl that goes on the left carb has a little "BB" in the front outside of the bowl. That is where it was drilled for the jet to feed fuel to the choke plunger, and then the hole plugged off, with that BB.
  16. Well crap...I read that to fast, sorry 'bout that.
  17. I'm sure the only difference was the rear sprocket hub.
  18. Air/Fuel mixture screws are whats in there now. You HAVE TO INSTALL idle screws to run right. Check your slides, they make a huge difference if installed wrong.
  19. You have to hold the lever to the right against the spring tension while adjusting.
