  1. This will make you sick... http://www.ebay.com/itm/151055379140?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649
  2. I'd rather spend money on motor work than shipping. Might just be me.
  3. The Raptor axle has a smooth spot that is smaller in diameter than the threads where those set screws go. Even if it fit the banshee threads, I think you would jack them up with the set screws and it would never come off without destroying the axle.
  4. I had one that I would have dry out the plugs to the cdi every time I washed it (until I used some dielectric grease)
  5. They should be the same, make sure your cables are laying without any twist or binding.
  6. Get them here http://67.199.65.66/cascade_innovations/newlook/Modern_clean.cfm I run them on all mine too, They go on easy with a little dash soap (in Cascades instructions)
  7. I've done it all ways and not noticed much difference in handling. So now I just do it sitting there by itself, without picking it up at all or sitting on it. (the easiest way)
  8. Forgot about that, right you are ! and 89mustang - glad you got it figured out.
  9. Can be changed with out splitting, super easy
  10. Looks to me as if you have a bunch of slop in your shift pawl pivot. Build you a piece of straight metal that bolts to the lower left 2 case holes and will hold the shift shaft in where the side cover would, that way you can see exactly where it will ride once the cover is on. ( and stuff has to be turning for it to shift every time)
  11. I've had 2 bikes with boost bottles that had holes worn in them from cables and the head. No need for that extra garbage in that tight space anyway.
  12. You can check the ohm resistance on every component except for the CDI, and I find checking the stator to be sketchy. What all EXACTLY did you do from the time it ran until it didn't? We will try to help you get this running again.
  13. Make sure nothing has built a nest in the pipes or air box.
  14. The white bushing (pink arrow) hit the case and the end of the shaft (blue arrow) hit the cover. You can use a straight edge across the opening with the cover off to check it. Make sure the pawl isn't sloppy on the pivot.
  15. Man, that "hoping for the best" shit really works ! The best weather on a 3 day weekend that we've had their in forever. Had a great time.
  16. What on-line weather forecaster do you put the most faith in down there?
  17. Anyone else besides me and my buds going to be at Little Sahara Oklahoma this weekend? (if the weather straightens up)
  18. There is a switch on the clutch perch that tells the CDI that the park brake is engaged. It is known to stick.
