  1. I cut reliefs with cut off wheel in a second puller to make a thread chaser. But I'm no engineer.
  2. Except it's a Lock-up not Lock-out. But I'm sure Skeet was just being polite in not correcting you.
  3. I've had to completely remove them and turn the quad completely upside down with the spark plugs out to get raw fuel out from flooding
  4. leaving the choke tube off will leave a large enough air leak that the carbs won't be able to draw fuel and start at all.
  5. So you poured gas out of the pipe but don't think it's flooded?
  6. case can still be flooded on one side, and not run on that side
  7. Think his student loans are paid off yet?
  8. I personally run 40:1, in the past I've run 32:1, my engine guy recommended 32:1 If I were you, I'd use what you use in the LT80, carry one mix. Now keep in mind going from 40 parts to 32 parts oil you will have less fuel in the fuel/air ratio. But it is minuscule. But if it was jetted on the ragged edge of lean, you will need to watch it.
  9. I've read Banshee Mikunis use a unique (to Banshee and Blaster only) pilot, specs are here. https://www.jetsrus.com/a_jet_kit_atv/yamaha_350_YFZ350_banshee_1987-2006.htm
  10. Looks like you are less than an hour away from Driveline Performance. Anything Banshee or specifically engine work you might need hit up Bill or Lane. They are some of the best in the business and super good people.
  11. That sounds spot on for the main for your temp and elevation, V-force reeds like a bigger pilot and your air screws only being out a 1/2 turn confirms that. Bump up to a 27.5
  12. Welcome to the HQ. Sorry about your Dad. Banshee stuff...ain't rings, 2 strokes ain't like that, probably the right crank seal as said. BEFORE you tear anything down do a compression test, a leak down test, and we'll go from there. If it's running good, just spitting oil, and not using trans oil, could simply need an exhaust o-ring. But sitting is hard on them.
  13. Actually, just trying to figure out EXACTLY what is in the first pic to help YOU out with YOUR problem.
  14. Here's the rub... You bought last bore cylinders from Ray. Bad form. THE list of trusted vendors https://www.bansheehq.com/bansheehq-sponsors/
  15. Oh, and BTW, I'm the most helpful motherfucker you'll ever run into.
  16. OK, here's why I asked... 1- He's a shyster at best 2- I'm not so sure those are Wiseco pistons 3- trying to determine if those are actually OEM cylinders 4- curious if those were bored and honed for cast pistons and have forged or vice-versa. I put what you posted in quotes because at least 2 of those descriptions don't add up together.
  17. Nice list, but again, you omitted the link to your "original banshee cylinders remanufactured from a very trusted seller on Ebay" Get your shit together, man.
  18. Weird flex. You shared the wrong item from your Ebay purchase history
  19. So that's an admission that you bought cheap Chinese shit and have no fucking idea what you are talking about. Got it.
  20. I'm thoroughly disapointed in myself. I can't seem to formulate a snarky yet witty reply. Very uncharacteristic. I will drink more.
