  2. maybe the thrust washer that is like 1/8" thick?
  3. Where could I send a factory 2008 YFZ450 shock to be rebuilt? He wrecked it but seemed fine for a few rides, then last trip to the dunes it puked all it's oil.

  5. Now I need one front shock for the 2008, ANYONE?
  6. You must have misinterpreted this part of the shipping details... FREE SHIPPING ANYWHERE IN THE LOWER CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES. HAWAII AND ALASKA ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS OFFER.
  7. The wire harness on the right side of the air box will sometimes melt from the exhaust. Also in that general area is a junction of a bunch of grounds that will corrode in the tape and cause all kinds of intermittent problems.

  10. See, you wouldn't have that problem if you also ran the 3" spacer like Skeeter said...pure genius I tell ya.
  11. Any auto parts store. little tube of gritty paste, smear it on twist flywheel by hand back and forth round and round, remove, clean well. Bam Nice new mating surface.
  12. I've seen more the stop on the frame bent/worn. A spot of weld on each side and dress it down til it stops before the wheels cam over.
  13. My 07 and 08 yfz450's did. Same OEM part number as A-arm banshee
  14. Did you not get the pro-flow and K&N together in a kit?
  15. 32mm nut, but my 1 1/4" fits better. Phillips screw problem is very common. i like to replace with original - just me
  16. If it looks like this you are good to go. I've got one so old it's shrank and can barely get it on and off. A little silicone with the o-ring is a good idea too.
  17. I was thinking about getting some of those, you didn't like them? Were they light?
  18. "Idiot holes" I like that. I suppose if you barrel over a dune and end up in the drink you'd be considered an idiot, but on a 110*plus day they ain't a bad idea...
  19. Little Sahara Oklahoma, only water crossings will be in the camp ground after a rain.
  20. I've ran a LED taillight off AC forever, no brake light though.
