Don't forget to add the price of bearings and seals.
Just a good idea to replace them when apart even if the powder or heat or removing them doesn't hurt them.(but it will)
For now, Krylon 1403 spray can paint will spot in and blend perfectly with the original color. If you mask whatever isn't silver you can touch-up with it the spot will be un-noticable. I like to use tin foil and some tape to mask with since it conforms and stays put and out of your way.
I will check with my shipping place.
I don't care where it goes and don't completely understand the troubles others have had.
Will probably be Monday though.
I've got one...but it's in the garage and my camera is at my shop, and I'm heading to the in-laws...I'll get back with you.
What's your ship to zip code?
Odds are your factory ratio was 14-41, so going back would give more top end. Also all depending on tire size. Going from stock to a 13 front is what gives a little more low end. I've tried both and don't see much difference in the sand. I like the 13 for tight trails though.
stock is 14- 41 or 13-42, depending on the year.
I have lengthened the adjustment notches forward in the arm to use the 13-41 with a link out of the chain.
Don't let this group fool you.
Over 29,000 members and I've only seen proof that about a dozen or so actually ride.
Out of that number, less than half get their banshee dirty enough to wash.
I would think you need them. They are more of a crush sleeve. If the hole in your delrin is bigger than your bolt, you will need those sleeves.

This kit uses your stock steel bushings and your stock dust caps
The jets all have numbers stamped on them. I saw in another thread you had Toomey pipes, so it should NOT have stock jetting and the ones in the kit should NOT be used. Even the main needle could be different as Toomey recommends their own. But few people actually use it.
