    yes, the cable should have some slack in it. the new screws should ride in a ramp on the slide, if not they are in backwards.

    Air leak is common.

    Maybe not so paranoid. My in-laws have had fire within several feet of their house twice from the neighbor across the road burning pasture. And the house is 500 ft from the road.

    Heat is what pressurizes the system. The impellers' job is to just move the coolant.

    I'm sure what you've heard is "Honda style" roundhousing carrier http://www.lsracing.com/yamaha-banshee-350-billet-bearing-housing-yamaha-banshee.834.8.atv-utv-racing If you have this or any other Banshee round carrier it will fit you JJ&A peice.

    Sounds like a cheese, con carne, salsa type dip Mixed with Nutella. That why Although, from what I've researched it does sound like quality stuff for many applications. Motorcycle especially,(and diesels)

    he is saying the impeller is working cuz the radiator is getting hot. I concur.

    Any new to you banshee should be treated to a new impeller. I think new OEM is very adequate. The gas cap has probably had the one way valve gutted.

    92 was the white and a light pasty (sissy) blue, a friend bought one new. 98 had the nice electric blue.
