  1. No slack in the adjustment...constant pressure on spinning parts?
  2. Did you grease it all up before re-installing it?
  3. Only slightly worse than every other spot, they all dry up quickly. Well, not EVERY other spot, it's 50/50 Gravel's spot now, he best bring a snorkel to sleep.
  4. first, take all those o-rings out and throw them away. Second, when you're taking it apart double check the spline engagement cause from your video the plate is way to far out. But that could be from orings in between your fibers and steels
  5. I'm about out of the most common problems... back to the pressure plate, you sure you lined up to an arrow on the inner hub, not just a casting dot? As in the splines engaged?
  6. do you have a big fat thrust washer on each side of the basket?
  7. What washer did you replace? Did you adjust the arrows on the case with the cable completely loose at the handlebars first?
  8. Well somethings put together wrong, even a wore out clutch should hold just pushing on it.
  9. move your pressure plate one bolt hole over so the splines line up
  10. It might be the beer talking, but I really like beer, and in a BHQ koozie, just that much better, get you one, bitches!

  11. I've got that in 9mm and .45, Really like the 9!
  12. pull both plugs, throttle wide open, kick until needle stops moving, do other side. I still think your pilots are plugged It's weak but should start Are your carb bowls on the correct carbs? Does choking help to start at all?
  13. Does that mean starting fluid, as in ether?
  14. low compression = low vacuum = little or no gas at low RPMs also clogged pilot jets = little or no fuel at low RPMs also bad reeds = all sorts of problems Check the compression, at least pour some premix oil in the plug holes and see if it fires. since it is not combustible it will seal the rings and raise the compression and start if you got fuel, since you checked the jets already.
  15. I've had good luck splitting the cases right side up, just use a ratchet strap around the crank ends up over the head, holds the crank up and you can put it back together and not fight the upside down trans problem.
  16. Yes it can weld to the arm. NO it will not just pull out without removing the rod first- even in perfect working order. Pull the clutch side apart first and see what you've got going on.
  17. It won't just lift out with the rod still in there.
  18. The screens are attached to the petcock. Best to remove the tank from the bike, being low on fuel helps, lay it on its right side and remove the petcock from the tank. Just clean the screens if needed and check the bottom of the tank for junk.
  19. Site Sponsor AND Ebay... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Chariot-Clutch-Pusher-Pancake-Bearing-Yamaha-Banshee-Stock-aftermarket-clutch-/251956118125?hash=item3aa9c1426d&vxp=mtr
  20. Banshee stock Mikuni's have Banshee specific pilot jets. But there is no way your dealer would know that.
