  1. Did you ever make sure that you have a good secure choke cross over tube?
  2. I've read this thread 3 times and have no idea how much you want for the yellow set.
  3. I'm guessing that your inner hub and outer plate aren't lined up correctly.
  4. When mine did that on a new to me bike, I measured how much coolant it took to top it off. When it took exactly the same amount twice after different lengths of time riding it, I figured that was it too. BTY it was like 2oz, never went below the cores in the radiator anyway.
  5. I've also used this method on other engines and like it. I see where you found those specs. But also on page 5-1 same exact picture and says .5 to 1.5mm fuel level. I also see no need for it to be running for this test either. I read ALOT of manuals and instructions on many other things that just make you pull your hair out.
  6. what page of the service manual? I would like to check this out.
  7. SOLD to the Nebraskan...for a sixer of Coors Light! Yes they hold air
  8. Last year someone mentioned bringing there youngin with a Blaster but had no paddles, I don't think they showed anyway. But, If there is any interest I will bring these 21-11-10 Gecko's on Blaster wheels with me. If any BHQ member that is there needs them, I will trade them for a 6pack of cold Silver Bullets. If you are underage, a hardy handshake and a "Thanks,Man" will do. I'm tired of them taking up space on my tire rack. I'm don't remember if they will clear the heal guards or not with a stock swinger.
  9. There was one for sale on FacebookHQ again last night, in Canada
  10. make sure you don't have a throttle cable housing hung up anywhere, if the idle is really high.
  11. Hit them with your purse. I don't know what you want to hear.
  12. are you referring to the TORS delete idle screws? Do they have a jam nut on them? Still shouldn't stick.
  13. Therefore, you will need a large pair of snap ring pliers.
  14. Soda blast...I did some Black T-5's a while back and they looked brand new raw perfect, still had the heat rings from the welds. Only way to go.
  15. rod-ball- pancake pusher-thin washer-bearing-thin washer-outer clutch plate in that order
  16. You're welcome, he's on the Facebook under both names too.
  17. Like Doobie said, it my be dripping from those nuts, but is NOT coming from them. Look Higher, it's running through the drain hole on the middle of the cases...for sure.
  18. #1 guess - Bad o-ring on tube into clutch cover, or if your luckier the hose from the tube to the head.
  19. I used a Mull star with a F.A.S.T. modded shift shaft and they would not clear each other. FAST tweaks the arm so it engages more of the pin and longer pins on the Mull hit on the other edge of the claw (pawl).
