    Wow, just wow. When I swapped tires for beer, it was a painless and even pleasant transaction. I only asked for a sixer, and was delivered a full case, by a pretty girl no less. Yes, a very pleasant transaction, while this seems, well, just the opposite. GLWS

    I know this won't help, but it something simple that you've already checked or mistakenly overlooked, always is. Case in point - Once I just KNEW my choke cross over hose was on, bike would not start. Rolled it outside in the daylight the next day, it was on, just not totally on correctly.

    gas in tank old? or same as what you poor in the cylinders?

    actually, you can switch them to test, just get a long hose for the choke crossover .

    Man, this is tough. Just for shits and gigs, I'd pull the exhaust and check for blockage.

    if the right one is completely closed, it won't run, yes.

    I'd put a proper TORS kit on it with separate idle screws so as not to rely on the cable for both.

    their was a guy on here once that left a rag in the intake. And have had exhaust plugged with mice nests

    have you ran a piece of copper wire through the pilot jet?

    You can open the bowl drain and see if fuel flows freely, that will test if the carb is at least getting fuel. (No plugged lines and needle opening from the seat)

    You can actually just pull the flywheel attaching nut and look down the keyway and see if it's still lined up with a key. (or if it's loose anyway) Shouldn't move at all with the nut off. No need to pull the flywheel just to inspect.
