  1. You can measure the stroke through the spark plug hole with like a pencil, and you can look at the pistons by just pulling the pipes, if you feel the need to.
  2. No, and just to be clear - he said air screws, not idle screws.

  9. You need one of these http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?/topic/185373-fox-racing-grilles-for-stock-plastics-wdefects/and paint it yellow to match your frame!

  12. I don't know what you're doing there, it should actually hurt. Pull a spark plug, stick it in the boot, hold it's metal part on the engine's metal, kick, look for a bright blue spark. Helps to be in a room with little light.
  13. All the ground wires gang together there in the middle of the harness.

  17. Pickup coil gap: 0.015"-0.020" http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?/topic/133650-banshee-electrical-faq/
  18. It only took 15 posts to drag that bit of info out of you. They all came with keys. Look around the radiator for a harness with a jumped wire, will be heavy gauge black to red /black stripe. That will be the key switch that was by-passed ---good place to look first For the THUMB switch, just unplug it all to test
  19. could be a dirty/bad contact in the thumb or key switch too
  20. remove plug boots and trim the wires back about 1/4" might even just get new boots. check for a burned wire between the right exhaust and the airbox.
