They are not supposed to.
There is a small screw head that is bowl drain, clean it first, unscrew it, clean it again, screw it in until no fuel runs out.
You may need to take the bowl off to clean it inside too.
Well, when the coolant gets hot it expands...
If it was full to the top when cold, it will be over full at operating temp and coolant will need to escape.
coolant expands when it gets hot, has to go somewhere. As long as you look in the cap and there's fluid cover the tubes, you're OK.
But keep an eye on it anyway for a while.
You not running the overflow bottle?
They use the same bearings, just in different spots. The Banshee spindle (chrome) has the inner spacer built on, while the YFZ does not, and it's still shorter.
2 Phillips screws hold the petcock to the tank. remove it and spray with carb cleaner, be careful with the filters.
Would also help to thoroughly degrease the entire quad, especially where you'll be disassembling parts.
if you remove the tank and tip it on it's side (petcock up) then remove petcock and pour old fuel into a can, won't spill everywhere.
Welcome,
If it's been sitting that long you should drain the tank and clean the filter built into the fuel petcock. And use fresh gas.
You might get lucky, but should clean out the carbs as well.
Buy a Clymers manual specifically for the Banshee, read read read.
See what brand the actual carrier is and check with them. I believe different companies used different bearings. Or get the part numbers off the bearing themselves.
