    unscrew the caps from the wires. cut off about 1/4" of wire. stick probes of ohm meter in each end of cap (boot) - resistance should be 5000 ohms I found this

    so, we are back to checking the caps with an ohm meter and trimming the ends of the wires back.

    switching spark plugs or spark plug cap/wires? So it always won't run on the right side? Was that your 85psi side?

    FYI, your carbs will be off during a leakdown test.

    Get new spark plug caps, trim 1/4" off the wire and install.

    I had one that after a wash would need the CDI connector unplugged and blown out. Put dielectric grease in all connections!

    That tire has an 11" section width. (Or rated to have one, it really means very little) Are you concerned it will be to wide? Or too narrow to fit your wheel? It will fit fine.

    passing leakdown and good electrical are of greatest importance, otherwise jetting is just chasing your tail. A buddy just had a similar problem, The dyno revealed it was hitting a wall at 6k RPM, ended up being a bad wire going to the pick up. It eventually broke in two when they were changing out the stator to try that.

    Looks nice. Ask what premix oil and ratio and fuel octane has been previously used. And trans fluid too.

    After passing a leak down test, I'd try a known good OEM stator and pick-up

    Any and all 10" rim diameter tires will fit on those rims.

    Pods are the type of air filter that you copied from Amazon, I'm assuming you have similar on that bike?

    The question is... Are your two carb bowls installed in the correct carbs? They are different from left to right. UNDERSTAND?

    I have vforce 3 reed assembly... I checked them (reeds) and it seems to have black tar looking substance on corners of reeds Carbs, pipes and air filter setup. Photos of anything questionable. I copied and pasted all this from this very thread... And do you mean Garden CITY KS?
