    used OEM many good folks on here have good used parts for sale. need to year or style of plug.

    Green/yellow wire isolated, not grounded? Pick up coil wires correct? some come with different color wires than stock Pick up coil gap at .018" on both nubs? Nubs clean on flywheel?

    They don't have a good rep around here, but they are cheap. If it ran before and now don't, I'd look there first. (and that's with any electrical component from anywhere for anything, not OEM) But especially Banshee stuff

    Do you have another CDI to try? sure sounds like the park brake rev limiter. I don't know but looking at the schematic I'd think one could stick.

    Is your red/black wire at the key switch grounded?

    Just make sure they match color for color on the harness.

    ^^THAT^^ and some new stators have been known to have the wires switched in the plug from where they should be.

    Double check that green/yellow wire is cut at the CDI.

    CRAP, it's been 22 days since Sheerider first mentioned the park brake until that was rectified. I don't think there's ever gonna be enough time to walk you through anything major. LOL

    I like just the left-handed bit idea too. Never cared for extractors since they must expand the bolt to bite in. But this should be an easy one since the head broke off and the bolt should not be bottomed out in the hole, or seized. For those I like welding on a nut, a very successful technique.

    I'm thinking he is referring to the factory huge o-ring cushions here. If so, you do not need to replace them. These ones?

    While I don't believe the TORS will make it run poorly, Check under the left side in front of the fuel tank to make sure the 3 wire black box is unplugged.
