According to Westins catalog the 22-6030 with install kit 22-1015 fits 2007 quad cab Dodge and mounts to the body mounts, not the rocker.

They have a satin titanium that would be a nice accent. Or a grey would look good, I'd like to see more satins and mattes used on various parts. Although the Tuxedo black on the swinger would match the front arms and give your build cohesiveness.

Transparent (candy) colors are meant to go over a base color, which also change the final color.
Your blood red is a excellent example of a color that when applied to tubing will be 4 - 8 coats instead of 1 - 2, so could end up being a solid deep red.
