  1. I was also concerned, but it had plenty of clearance. Most if not all newer 5th's have the pin box forward of the living quarters.
  2. S is a 1995 Is that from the title or the quad? Do they match? 1995 did not have a parking brake switch/rev limit thingy
  3. I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say it's a 2005. Does the title match the frame VIN? What 's the 10th digit?
  4. Maybe someone will chime in that has done one that way. I've never owned one new enough to have it.
  5. Which ever way that it does NOT run like crap You're killin' me Smalls...
  6. park brake switch? If so, I don't know. either just unplug it or unplug it and jump it. One way it WILL run like crap.
  7. so your saying trim some wire off the coil wires? Yes, a fresh end could make a world of difference could the tors brain being plugged in cause issues? Usually makes it not run at all, unplug it anyway and how should I get rid of the parking brake sensor? Cut the green/yellow wire coming from the CDI and never have to worry about it again
  8. Get off highway 281 at Little sahara powersports, stop your car, open window, yell "HEY FUCKERS!" we'll come get you and show you the way
  9. If I had a job with vacation pay.... well, I'd have a job with vacation pay!
  10. NO Check pick up coil gap Check to see if CDI and stator are OEM
  11. FUK I wish. Just took out the tailgate on my dually getting a measurement to setup the hitch in Tylers truck.
  12. Have you had the clutch cover off recently? If so, the o-ring on the tube is probably torn.
  13. stock OEM Yamaha is the only way to go. Used should be a dime a dozen.
  14. Overflowing could be float level but probably a dirty or worn needle and seat. I usually just replace them if you're gonna go in and inspect anyway. Creeping cold clutch is fairly normal. Could adjust it out or could be a grooved basket.
  15. slide will go in the wrong carbs backwards, easy to tell from the air filter side
  16. ^^ That's what I'd do. Weld up a stalagmite on whats left, then weld a nut on that. Remove with a wrench while still hot, but just back of cherry red.
