  1. The brass tube is the overflow, nothing to do with the choke. (Fuel enricher actually)
  2. Have you actually tested for leaks? Or assuming it's the seals?
  3. HaHa, very impressive and entertaining! In that order.
  4. son of a bitch, the link didn't work and your write up really did a fine job of building up the anticipation! FIX IT
  5. really old ones don't, or you have 2 right bowls. Pull the left bowl and look for a small jet/ passage in it.
  6. I realize that, I'm just sayin'. But my bike starts when cold just fine with a little choke.
  7. I knew a guy that had a rodent put some some nuts in his pipes while he had his engine rebuilt. I took about 3/4 throttle to lift them and plug the pipe
  8. Is your choke plunger assembly in good shape? Did you ever check your bowls? I run 25's with Toomeys and no lid
  9. cut it and isolate it. It's for the park brake rev limiter.
  10. Bolt should not spin Roller should spin free Try a washer between the roller and frame
  11. Even on Google, just ask a question and put "BansheeHQ" on the search too
  12. Maybe one carb had more filed of off that nub for the jam nut than the other.
  13. I'm with Special06 on this one. I spent equal time on both my quads at this last HQ ride (4days) My stock suspended '96 with no more than T5's coolhead and K&N, and my 421Serval with Lonestar long travel and all 3 Elka stage 4's. I can't say my stock Banshee beat me up any worse than the other. AND THAT SAND WAS ROUGH. I'd be more than happy with a dune/play port and maybe 4mil while at it on my '96. But then my stock suspension/shocks are in very good shape.
  14. Yep, bet your cables are a little twisted up under the tank.
  15. Testing a theory that gravity effects everyone at LSOK, not just the ladies.
  16. Wow, sorry to here about Joe. He rode damn hard for having a cracked rib!
  17. JB Weld goes on liquid and smooth and shiny. I've used it a lot, once on a a case. Always lasts forever.
