Try it with the carbs on. I've had lower results without carbs before, not that low and no idea why.
Was it the same tester? If Harbor Freight tester -throw in trash
Burnt, did not burn down. And that was Aug 2015.
They gave me the same story about having a hard time getting raw materials over 4 years ago, odd since it's what they do.
I've read that you should change fibers with a oil change up too.
But I went from a bike I bought running O'Reilly cheap ATF and immediately switched to Klotz and have had zero problems.
Same clutches and 3 years later everything is fine.
