how did you slide the rotor on if you can't get the axle out of the carrier?

If you are referring to the 6 bolts that hold on the pressure plate, by the part number they are 6mm on a Banshee. 90159-06016-00

I could see if the Banshee tooling was damaged in the fire. To re-tool would be in excess of $20,000. They would have to sell $40,000 worth of Banshee hoods just to break even. Now that would be an understandable excuse.
