I have recently decided that I am old, and old people don’t answer questions directly. They relay a story of times past, with a bit of relevance thrown in. I believe this prompts the asker of the question to apply some sort of higher brain function than usually attributed to simply receiving a direct answer. I could be wrong however as I am still new at this. Maybe old folks just want to FUCK with you. As it seems to be the simplest of things that bring pure joy.
