studs are oem yamaha for banshee , they fit the hole the problem is they are not straight to the holes

the real issue is that the upper cyl studs won't fit in the head cover holes , the only way to get the cover is by hammer and i don't want to do it in the past the head cover will fit by hand easily , with these new niche cyl the cover won't go easily

first time i have issues with my banshee , i call NICHE customer service and they send me 2 new juggs i install them and same problem i thinks niche cyl are not perfect olds juggs goes in easily , with this niche are impossible to fit the head to the bolts they are far away from head holes can i hammer the studs to align them or prefer to get yamaha juggs ?

hi i was rebuilding my banshee top end , and have some issues trying to fit the head cover got 2 niche eBay cylinder jugs 4 dowel guide ( 2 each cyl) oem 2 lower gasket oem new stock head cover oem new yamaha head studs oem 2 cyl seat rubber oem i install everything correct and when i try to put the head cover doesn't align with the stud bolts what could be wrong ? everything is oem yamaha except cyl juggs are NICHE thanks

hi i just try moving clip 1 up and it feels better now but still rich , but thanks for the help , im using vitto rebuild kit for banshee , i take a picture of the main needle i use to have and the one im using this moment the gold one ( short one) stock the silver one (long one) vittos kit , actual using why is longer ??? should i use the gold one ????

hi i have a 2000 banshee with , tors eliminator , tommey 6 pipes , k n air filter , everything else stock . main jet 280 pilot 25 screw 1.5 turns i live in panama * sea level , the bike is running extreme rich , should i use 200 or 260 main jet ???? thanks
