that large oring is probably folded in the pics making it look half its size.
we can tell you where everything should be so you have the info but without taking it apart you dont know if everything is where it should be or not.
i believe mull engineering makes a metal drive gear but i have yet to have a plastic gear fail.
small bore domes work for piston 64mm to 66mm i believe.
does the bike have a see through lens? if so can you see the the pressure plate move outward when you pull the clutch? if its very cold the oil sometimes wont let the clutch slip until its warmed a bit.
when you go to porting a 2 stroke its like changing the intake/exhaust runner size and shape, valve size, cam lift on intake and exhaust, cam duration on intake and exhaust, etc on a 4stroke. its easy to fuck it up if you dont know what youre doing.
you cant tell much by pictures, to tell how much its ported you will need to degree it, check all the angles and shapes imo. someone could take some porting tools and just barley rub everything to make it look fully ported in pictures.
hell yea it is, ive been looking at prices of shit all day. a bare frame with nothing on it at all is gona cost 3-450 on ebay, a roller is a round a grand on craigslist + all the fab work and pipes. 2 grand is lookin better and better.
