  1. These look like they might do they trick but pricey. http://www.bing.com/shopping/agv-sport-telluride-waterproof-pant-black-motorcycle-pants/p/106AF02D304F2ABA5002?q=location+waterproof+pants+reviews&lpf=0&lpq=location%2bwaterproof%2bpants%2breviews&FORM=CMSPEG
  2. Thanks for the input. Now I have another option.
  3. There is a drag strip an 1 hour from my place. I can run the strip but they require full leather.
  4. I wonder how these would work http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mens-Genuine-Leather-Jean-Style-Pants-Brand-New-Real-Leather-Navy-All-Sizes-/321092638776?pt=US_CSA_MC_Pants&var=&hash=item4ac29cd838
  5. It seem that no one makes a zip off full vinyl pants. I've been searching the net and calling around to local power sports and camping stores. If its nylon it won't hold up to hard rain.
  6. I'm looking for a straight up rain suit now. I'll ride with jeans and pack a rain suit along. I haven't found a zip off leg pant yet.
  7. I like riding in jeans when the weather is nice. I don't have much faith in nylon sprayed down with water repellent. After 2-3 hours riding hard in the rain, I bet your jeans under would be soaked.
  8. Shift recon is 100% nylon. Not good for rain/wet conditions. I tried some nylon riding wear a couple years ago and rode in the rain. My jeans were soaked after a couple hours. No fun.
  9. I've been looking around for some riding pants that has heat resistance patches on the calf's so the pipes don't melt your pants and also will hold up to rain/wet conditions. Any suggestions?
  10. And the icing on top of it, don't call and approve, just charge it
  11. We call them rustangs. Lots of rust in wisconsin.
  12. So a front fender is a lower unit and the radiator cover is the upper??
  13. I plan on installing a 4 gallon IMS gas tank. So I'm probably better off with a OEM style front fender instead of a laker one piece.
  14. Not a fan of the race cut. I'm in it for trail riding. I don't like shit spitting at my face from the front tires.
  15. I checked out all three. All three don't offer an uncut front fender. Guess I will have to wait till a nice OEM one comes on ebay.
  16. I want to change my white fenders to black after I have all the other mods done. There is a set on new Maier black plastics on ebay for $400+. Not a bad price. However I don't know what the quality and fitment is like on these aftermarket fenders. Any input on this?
  17. I sent it to GT per Matt's referral due to the fact he was too busy and he was pissed that I started this thread. GT Thunder is switching out the spring at no charge. I still have to pay for shipping once again. I'm just not very happy with them when they just went ahead and charged another $95 bucks without approval last time. If I did that to my customers I would loose customers over that fact. So I got overcharged and they didn't get it right the first time. I wonder if they even looked at my spec sheet.
  18. I have to send my rear shock back to GT Thunder because they didn't get it right the first time.
  19. I've already signed up for your stator group buy
  20. I chopped the threads off the plugs from yesterdays run. They are still grey. I didn't have any 370's so I tried 380's. I will have to get back out to my run when its warmer out and I need to collect some jets that are missing in my mix.
  21. GT wants me to take the preload off and have it set 1 to 2 turns out. Measure the race sag, ride height and spring length.
  22. I found a place to run it. I worked up to 360's and its starting to show brown on the plugs. Yesterday's temp was 50. I plan on going back when its 80 or hotter out.
