What is the difference between pump and gravity carbs? Is there visual diffrence? Can they be run either way? Whay are the tuning advantages of either one?

Bought these from black label a while ago and havent used them they look to be in good shape I believe they are setup for pump selling for 500 with billet intakes or trade for some inframe drag pipes or other drag parts

What power diffrence would I see going from my t5s on my ported 350 going to rocket big bore pipes? Running 198* exhaust and I believe 130* on the transfers on a stock bore stock stroke bike on alky
