    I got a newer frame and cut the gusset of for the a-arm mount. Now my 87 shee has a-arms much easier and cheaper to deal with.

    Here's a pic of mine. I did this with krylon fusion paint. The plastics use to be White it is a 87 SHEE

    I just put 34 mm mikuni round slides on mine. Stock stroke Drag port Milled head and it made a world of difference.

    RODE THE shee all weekend no paint chipping and or cracking and Silver Lake was like a sandblaster out there

    Thats kinda what I thought about the front 2 . I like My nerfs and they stick out far enough that if i do roll it I think it will help save my Pipes. .

    U might want to make sure the slides are in the right carb. The little half moon cut should be towards the back of the bike. If switched the bike will definately not idle.

    looks good I Just did mine with Krylon Fusion and they turned out excellent we will see how it holds up this weekend first ride out with it done.

    Thanks man first ride with new pipes and carbs will be this weekend in Silver Lake MIchigan cant wait. Installed +2 stock style swinger this weekend and will have 8 paddle haulers on the rear.

    Finally got of my Arse and put finally coat of paint and Krylon Fusion clear Coat will have more pics this weekend on quad with new Bumper

    Finally got of my arse and applied second coat of paint no problems. No orange peel or flaking

    I have not done this yet. But with some modifications this winter I think i might try It. New 34 mm mikunis and cpi drag pipes woke the bike right up Oh yeah and some haulers for the Rear ..

    Yeah u have a point with the heat exspansion But it works, I use this technique often. The best Penetrating oil is Brake Fluid DOT 3

    Find a Nut that has a opening about 3/4 the size of the bolt. Then u weld the nut to the broken piece and have your socket and rachet ready. Once u weld it while it is still hot try to turn it out. The heat from wellding will break them free and turn right out.

    I just got the oof. I am not sure if i willl leave the nerfs on or not yet.

    This is how it looks now. I am going to Repaint the fronts and tank. I also need to cut the rear fenders due to my new oof pipes.
